Striker Robbie Matthews (virus) is a doubt and midfielder David McDermott (stomach ulcers) is still out.
Kidderminster manager Steve Burr told BBC Hereford & Worcester:
"Oxford have set the pace this season and they have a very formidable home record.
"But we will go there with a lot of confidence and I am very pleased by how the lads have gone about their business on the training ground.
"Then there was obviously the (FA Trophy) tie on Monday so we are looking forward to the game now."
